All current, former and future Chino Hills AYSO players,
We still have openings in all divisions, and will conduct one final in-person registration event. Please come down and register if you have not done so already. Please feel free to pass on the information to any friends, neighbors, or other interested youth soccer players. We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow night, June 21. After this final registration, only mail in registrations will be accepted and players may be placed on a waitlist. There are currently openings for the Fall season for all divisions. One additional registration event has been scheduled on the following dates:
Tuesday June 21st from 5pm to 8pm at Chino Hills Community Park
Registrations are also being accepted by mail.
To register by mail, the following items are required:
A completed player application (see below for application instructions).
Check for the player fees (see below for player fees). Checks should be made payable to Chino Hills AYSO Region 779.

When registering in person:
1. Go to www.eayso.org to complete a player application for the upcoming Fall 2016 season.
2. Print (3) copies of the player application.
3. Bring the player applications along with the player fees to one of the listed registration events.
4. For new players, please bring a copy of a birth certificate or other birth record to verify age.
Regular Registration: $ 120/player*
VIP division (players with special needs): $ 25/player
*For families with 4 more siblings in a household, fees are applied to only the first 3 siblings and the remainder of the siblings play for free.
Cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card are accepted (credit cards are only accepted at in person registration events). Please make checks payable to Chino Hills AYSO Region 779.
